Dollar

WEA have finally decided (after 24 years!) to release the tracks Dollar recorded on their label. The double CD is planned for sometime in June 2006 and gathers together all the tracks on 1980's "The Paris Collection" and 1982's "The Dollar Album". The 2CD set will also feature a remix of "Give Me Some Kind Of Magic" and the original extended version of "Hand Held In Black And White"

If all goes well then there are plans to release "The Paris Collection" and "The Dollar Album" as CDs in their own right later in the year with raities, unreleased tracks, remixes and so on.

On a related point (see picture below) it's good to see that WEA carefully stored and catalogued the Dollar master tapes all these years isn't it?!

May 23rd is shaping up to be a superb day musically.
